Is my login credentials or Facebook page safe?
Yes, completely. Our extension acts as a local browser helper operating strictly on your active browser tab session. We never see, intercept, or store your Facebook passwords or credentials. Your accounts are 100% safe.
Can I request seat upgrades or project slots later?
Yes! You can purchase extra device bindings, project slots, or renew plan validity directly inside your Chrome Extension's plans & pricing page. Requests are logged and activated upon approval.
What happens when my license key validity expires?
If validity expires, your Chrome extension will flag a license warning and disable auto-posting capabilities. You can log into your Client Portal and submit a renewal extension request (e.g. +1 Year) to restore operations instantly.
Can I bind the license key on multiple browser seats?
Each license has a set limit of maximum device bindings. You can view your seats count inside your Client Portal, and release any bound seat dynamically if you transfer seats to a new browser/machine.
